How long does it take steel to reach its coldest point in a home freezer?

The object is a KitchenAid stainless steel bowl. It is an attachment from the mixer. It is the bowl that comes standard with. I am not sure of the thickness. Is only mm wide. Can we achieve this is the coldest point in a home freezer? I know that the freezer between 0 degrees F to 5 degrees F. The smart guy: I put ice cubes in the bottom when I put in the freezer before I posted this topic. I guess a small detail that I forgot to mention ... oops! It was maybe 1 1 / 2 cup of ice.

It depends. If it is just sitting there, and not very fast. But if it was something touching, like saying ... a bag of frozen peas or ice cubes, he would go much faster, as Solid line much better than air, which is said to be the best insulator (when not moving).
